One grand prize winner will receive a visit from the Harlem Globetrotters before the end of the 2023-24 school year.<\/p>\n<p>Hoping to win funds for their school, Piper, a fifth grader, and Kendall, a kindergartener, combined their love for basketball and the Harlem Globetrotters into a creative project for Black History Month. They researched the team&#8217;s 98-year history and displayed their findings on Globetrotters-themed basketballs, organized into a timeline from 1926 to today.
