Policy 3700 – Facilities Management
All ÁùºÏ²Ê½á¹û½ñÆÚ facilities shall be operated in compliance with federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations. Operational conditions shall provide for the comfort, health, safety and welfare of all that use the facilities.
The operation of the ÁùºÏ²Ê½á¹û½ñÆÚ facilities shall include provision for custodial staff, custodial supplies, utilities and contracted services according to ÁùºÏ²Ê½á¹û½ñÆÚ needs. The Director of Facilities shall be responsible for the operation of ÁùºÏ²Ê½á¹û½ñÆÚ facilities and the supervision of the custodial staff.
